Sorry that I haven't posted in a while. I had 8 baby hats to make, so most of my time for the last week has been focused on that. I am so excited that I'm done because now I can actually spend some time with Bryanna and Scott!

We had a nice weekend with Grandma and Grandpa Neal. They came on Friday and it was 60 degrees that day! It was such a teaser, I could smell Spring in the air. The rest of the weekend was pretty cold so we just did some shopping. Bryanna started giving me kisses a couple of weeks ago, but she has stepped it up to a whole new level. She would just put her mouth up to my cheek but now she gets that tongue out there too making them extra sloppy. She gave Grandma and Grandpa lots of those!

We started a Music Together class with our friend Beth and her baby Elsie. It is a lot of fun, singing, dancing and playing music. We also signed Bryanna up for a swimming class that starts this Sunday. Scott is really excited to be able to take Bryanna to a class.

Bryanna has started sharing too. She will be chewing on her teether and then put it up to my mouth so I can teeth on it too...it's very cute.

We can't hide anything from Bryanna. She has been getting into things that you wouldn't even think would be a problem. She reaches for things that are higher up and she can pick up the tiniest crumbs from the floor.

Bryanna has been extremely fussy the last couple of days. We took her to the pediatrician to check her ears, just to rule out an ear infection. He said her ears are fine and that it is probably teething. It's so hard when she is whining almost all day (especially when I was trying to make those hats), but at least now that I know it is probably the teething, I can try to help her ease the pain the best I can.

Playing with Grandpa's hat

The ped. said the rash on her hands is a saliva rash from
putting her fingers in her mouth...which she is doing all day!

She keeps making this face...monkey face?

I gave her some Baby Oragel and she started smacking her lips

Her favorite thing to do is grab her hair with her messy fingers!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDPA NEAL!!!

Bryanna's tooth is making her so uncomfortable. She is constantly putting her hand in her mouth touching it and drooling a lot. She is whining so much too, we feel so bad for her. She also has a cold...poor baby. Her nose is so stuffy and runny at the same time and she has a cough.

We noticed a few weeks ago that Bryanna knows her name. She is growing up and changing so fast. Every month is a new thing.  Her newest trick is placing the balls on the top of the slide.

She's learning how to put the balls back in the bowl...she's getting pretty good at it too!
We had a nice weekend with Joan & Rick. We took Bryanna to the trail that we like and pulled her on the sled down the trail. I'm not sure how much she enjoyed it, but it was nice getting out in the fresh air! Bryanna is saying things like BOB and DAD. We kept asking her, "Who's Bob?"

Bryanna has a tooth!!! We were at a play date yesterday and Bryanna put my finger in her mouth and she hurt me! I was surprised to feel something sharp in her mouth! I checked and sure enough, it was a tooth. It is the bottom right one. No more soothing her gums with my fingers...that little tooth is sharp!

I haven't seen any signs of Torticollis since Christmas. I'm still doing the stretches because I'm scared if I stop doing them it will come back. I'll talk to the doctor about it at her 9 month visit. Other things I have noticed is that Bryanna doesn't spit up anymore. We don't have to hold her upright after feedings, we can just sit her on the floor and she is fine. She is rolling around all over the place. If I put a toy just out of her reach, she will reach for it with all her might then roll half way to her back, then use that momentum and thrust forward to grab it.

She is doing so well with feeding herself finger foods. She can pick up the smallest pieces and put them in her mouth. She isn't interested in pureed foods anymore so it's a lot more difficult planning her meals now.
