Happy Birthday baby girl, we love you so much! We can't believe you are two! Time is flying by and you are growing up so much!
We had Bryanna's birthday party at Casey Park in Ontario, NY this year. I LOVE this location. The shelter was right next to the playground and a short walk to the bathrooms - it couldn't have been a more perfect day. The weather was perfect, the cake turned out well, and we were around family, what more could we ask for?! (Thanks Grandma and Rick for booking such a great place!)
We had such nice weather that day. It was in the upper 80's, so it did get a little hot when you were out in the direct sun, but there was such a nice breeze that went through the shelter, I couldn't have asked for a better day. The butterfly favors seemed to be a hit - I enjoyed watching Bryanna try and be like her big cousins Logan and Ayla and try and catch some butterflies. The kids got to play on the playground for a little bit and then Logan set up a baseball game at the nearby field.
Can you guess the theme? If you said Rainbows - ding ding ding! Bryanna's favorite thing at this age is to name her colors. She also likes to color, so I thought it was fitting to have a colorful birthday party, hence the rainbow theme. I found some great ideas online and just went with it - I like how it turned out!
Yes, I made the cake from scratch - and I have to admit, it was yummy!
