Scott and I were talking about the idea of getting a new kitten. Someone that Bry could play with and grow up with...Keeva just isn't cutting it by running away every time Bry comes near. The adoption process is crazy! I knew you had to fill out an adoption form to get approved, but I didn't think it was going to be as strict as adopting a child! Some shelters want to come to your home to scope it out, while others want to see your mortgage papers and have 3 references! We found a shelter in North Haven that was less time consuming, the kittens had all their shots, and were spayed - it was perfect. When we got there, they let all the kittens loose in the room. Some were a definite no, while the others just played around and ignored Bryanna. There were two that stood out that kept coming around her - one was really crazy and playful and the other one while playful, was more lovey, which is exactly what we wanted. We've only had her for 5 days and it feels like forever! She lets Bryanna handle her and doesn't get scared or mad and we haven't had anything damaged...so far so good!

Bryanna started coming up with names for her babies. Boo-baba is called that because when you press her hand it makes boo-baba noises. Boy is boy, just because he is the only boy? One day I asked her what the name of the girl twin was and she didn't say anything so I asked her, "is it Candy?" and she said "yeah!" so that name stuck. Buy-da is her newest doll, and the strangest of the names because I have no clue where she got that from, but her name is Buy-da, so that is what we call her.
